The Alaska Airlines shopping portal is running its first promotion of the year, offering up to 1,200 bonus Atmos Rewards points on spend. The Alaska portal is one of the easier ones to hit spending thresholds with courtesy of its card-linked in-store program in addition to its online shopping options, plus you’ll have the added benefit of the bonus miles counting towards status earnings.

- Spend $150 & earn 400 bonus Atmos Rewards points
- Spend $300 & earn 1,200 bonus Atmos Rewards points

- During the “New Year Bonus” offer, which runs from 1/14/2026 through 1/23/2026 at 11:59:59 pm ET (the “Bonus Period”), Member will receive a one-time bonus of up to 1,200 Atmos Rewards bonus points on qualifying purchases made shopping online through Atmos Rewards Shopping or from purchases made through Atmos Rewards Shopping in-store offers, in addition to the standard points earned from shopping through the Atmos Rewards Shopping program.
- This one-time bonus award will be determined using one of the following tiers, based on Member’s cumulative qualifying purchases made during the Bonus Period: Tier 1 bonus: 400 points for qualifying purchases of at least $150; or Tier 2 bonus: 1,200 points for qualifying purchases of $300 or more.
- “Qualifying purchases” do not include returns, cancellations, shipping and handling, taxes, gift card or other cash equivalent purchases, and certain products that are not eligible for bonus points.
- Please allow up to 10 weeks after the Bonus Period for bonus points to post to your Atmos Rewards Shopping account.
- The Tier 2 bonus provides the maximum number of points that will be awarded.
Quick Thoughts
These shopping portal promotions are always worth bearing in mind when making purchases as they can offer a good additional return on spend. As always though, it’s worth comparing rates across shopping portals using Cashback Monitor or Savewise because you might find better earnings via a different portal, even when accounting for the bonus Atmos Rewards points from this latest promotion.
Something that makes the $150 or $300 spending thresholds easier to hit are the portal’s in-store program. While the list of eligible retailers isn’t anywhere near as comprehensive as the online options, it is useful if you’d be shopping in-store at those retailers.
The bonus points you earn from these portal promotions also count towards earning elite qualifying points for status. For every 3,000 points you earn through earning partners like the shopping portal, you’ll earn 1,000 elite qualifying points.
