Doesn’t seem to be active anymore – tried today (Nov 28th) on bestbuy.com, no $25 credit showing up. Went all the way to the place order…
Saw no evidence of a VISA Checkout discount during purchase of a $250+ item. Went thru UR Freedom portal for 3X to start. Got the Amex notification so that worked. If the VISA Checkout discount is supposed to post “instantly” its expired or something.
I do not see anything on the BB site regarding this promotion. I am not sure if it is not started or if they already exhausted the funds.
For these Visa Checkout deals the discount should be applied to your shopping card (Visa Checkout can’t give you a credit after the fact).

Yes. Visa Checkout is just like any other Wallet service (think PayPal, google wallet, etc). Not restricted to just visas.
