Breeze Airways is back with another sale, this time giving 50% off base fares when using promo code BIGDEAL. Although you only have a few days in which to book your flights, there’s a nice long period in which you can travel at these discounted rates, although there are also some significant blackout periods.

Quick Thoughts
It’s great that you have – in theory – eight months in which to travel on flights booked using the BIGDEAL promo code. However, note that there’s about three months worth of blackout dates, with dates leading up to and just after Thanksgiving, over Christmas and 2.5 months in the spring being excluded.
The promo code also only discounts the cost of the base fare. With Breeze Airways, taxes and fees make up a fair chunk of the overall cost, so your total savings won’t be as much as 50%. Still, depending on the cost, using the code could still provide you with significant savings on an airline that has many unique routes which could be useful if you don’t want to have to make a connection on the way to your destination.
Also be aware that unlike promo codes used on Southwest flights, you don’t enter the promo code until the final checkout screen with Breeze. After clicking through all the upsell options and entering your information and payment details, it’d be easy to forget to enter BIGDEAL in the promo code box before completing the transaction.
