- Limit one enrolled Card and one statement credit per Card Member.

Quick Thoughts
For most people who are targeted for both of these offers, the Chase Offer will be the most rewarding as there’s no minimum spend amount in order to earn the 10% back, while it’s valid on up to $500 spend. The Citi Offer on the other hand is a flat $25 statement credit and only when you spend $250 or more.
That said, this could be a both/and deal rather than either/or. If your stay costs more than $500 and you’re only targeted on one Chase card and one Citi card, you could ask the Caesars property to split the payment with $250 on your Citi card and the remainder on your Chase card.
Do note that the Chase Offer is only valid at Caesars locations in Las Vegas, Reno, Lake Tahoe, and Atlantic City. If you’ll be staying at a US-located Caesars property outside of those cities, the Citi Offer will be the card-linked offer you’ll want to use.
