It doesn’t affect me but does anyone know why this isn’t valid in Vermont? I’ve seen a lot of other promotions have the same exemption.

Will buy some on Chase Freedom at 5x. Since after all, you can spend them on ordinary retail purchases at many places where you otherwise wouldn’t be getting 5x. Not as good as some of the office supply promos right now, but every little bit helps.
