There are new Delta Amex Offers showing up for some cardholders which provide some decent savings. The primary version that I’ve seen is get $100 after $500+ in spend or $250 back on $1,000+ in spend. There are always multiple variations of these things, so let us know if you see a different one and which card you found it on.
These offers appear to be highly targeted, so it’s worth checking all your cards. My wife and I were 0/bazillion.
The Deal
There are a least two new Amex Offers that provide cash back on Delta purchases:

Quick Thoughts
Once upon a time it was possible to buy Delta gift cards from a specific link in order to lock in the discount. Unfortunately, that’s no longer an option because all Delta gift card purchases online now are processed by CashStar. Still, this is good offer if you need to book any flights with Delta in the coming months.
It seems to be fairly targeted. I checked both my wife and my cards, and we’re 0-30 and I’ve seen lots of other folks who’ve been left to pound sand as well.
If you are lucky enough to have this offer, it has one hoop to jump through that could make it slightly irritating: the flights must originate in the US. That said, many folks have been able to effectively apply these to other flights by booking a main cabin flight that complies with the terms and then cancelling it after 24 hours to retain a Delta flight credit. If going this route, do note that the ensuing flight credit will only be valid for one year.
If you cancel a ticket and get an e-credit or e-ticket to use sometime later, can you use it in chunks and not all at once? Can you mix your e-ticket with an award redemption or miles + cash reservation?
You don’t have to use an e-credit all at once, but the full amount is locked to the name on the ticket — it can’t be used to buy airfare for anyone else.
I believe you can use e-credits to pay for award fees, but not for cash + miles reservations. Not certain of that though.
Not sure whether my offer is a subset/variation or a completely different offer, and it’s pretty lame, but $30 off $300 for a prepaid Delta stay through Delta Stays.
This is a different offer. I have both. Delta Stays is good because it should stack with Delta Stays credit on Delta Amex cards.
Buy a flight. Wait 24 hours. I don’t fly Delta anymore after their latest devaluation and the lounge amex platinum bs. United 1k and AA EXP this year. I think I’ve been on exactly one Delta flight in 2024. Also will drop Amex platinum next renewal.
Got spent 500+ get 125 back 2x useable on my single Delta card
