- During the “Fall Bonus” offer, which runs from October 8, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET through October 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Bonus Period”), Rapid Rewards Shopping Member will earn a one-time bonus of 1,000 Rapid Rewards bonus points on qualifying purchases, in addition to the standard Rapid Rewards points earned from shopping online through Rapid Rewards Shopping.
- “Qualifying purchases” do not include returns, cancellations, shipping and handling, taxes, gift card, or other cash-equivalent purchases, and certain products that are not eligible for bonus points. - This one-time bonus award will be determined based on Member’s cumulative qualifying purchases made during the Bonus Period: Earn 1,000 Rapid Rewards bonus points for qualifying purchases of $100 or more.

Quick Thoughts
Airline shopping portal bonuses normally represent a return of 2x-3x on spend, occasionally going as high as an effective 5x return. This latest Southwest portal promotion is therefore a welcome outlier as it offers a return of 10x on $100 of spend.
As always, gift card purchases are listed as being excluded, but buying gift cards from Giftcards.com does work to earn the bonus points from promotions such as these.
