Choice Hotels has a new promotion called Book.Spin.Win., offering 200-3,000 bonus points when booking a hotel stay with their app. The promotion has an alternate method of entry that doesn’t require a hotel reservation, meaning you can earn these points for free.

Choice Hotels has been sending out emails with details about the Book. Spin. Win. promotion which mentions that you’ll win 200-3,000 points when booking a hotel stay via their app and completing the stay.
Seeing as it’s an instant win game, they have to provide an alternate method of entry which doesn’t require a hotel stay. That method of entry appears to be exactly the same process, except you don’t have to book a hotel stay to participate – you just go directly to the game.
Simply click the link to the offer listed above, enter your details and spin to win. I gave it a try and only won 200 points; that’s worth $1.62 based on their Reasonable Redemption Value which is still better than nothing. If you win 3,000 points, that’d be worth $24.30 which isn’t too shabby given that they’re free points.
There’s a limit of one spin regardless of your method of entry, so you sadly can’t keep spinning your way to a free stay.
Edit: After entering, keep an eye out for an email from Hello World Customer Care with the subject line ‘Big News from the Book. Spin. Win. Promotion!’ The email contains a link where you have to provide your mailing address within five days of them sending the email, otherwise your prize will be forfeited.

I got the email but there was no link to provide mailing address, just links for promotion FAQs and a pdf of the official rules
Is that the email sent after taking part in the game, or just the one letting you know about the promotion?
It has the subject “Big News from the Book. Spin. Win. Promotion!”, which I received shortly after the spin game.
That’s what I just received from using your link. Do the points just credit, or do I now need to do something else? I’m not surprised that Choice would run a confusing contest
Choice should be sending you an email with a link to subsequently provide them with your email address. I don’t think I’ve received the bonus points yet, so hopefully they’re awarded at the end of the promotion as they’re certainly not awarded instantly.
Same for me as well. No link to input an address in the email after playing the game. Just links to FAQs and Rules
