The JetBlue TrueBlue shopping portal has, for many years, had a card-linked program that offers bonus points when paying in-store at participating retailers with a linked card.
There used to be some decent retailers listed on there like Lowe’s, but the number of eligible retailers halved a year or two ago and there’s now very little of interest.
Well, there was very little of interest. At some point recently, the portal has added CVS to the program and, thanks to some other card-linked offers, you’ll be able to earn bonus miles and possibly save up to 10% on your purchase. Interestingly, this offer is valid on online purchases too.
The Deal
- Earn 3x JetBlue points when paying with a linked card at CVS in-store.
- Direct link to offer.
Key Terms
- Available online and instore.
- Minimum spend of $10 required.
- Maximum savings of $15.
- Limited to one redemption.
Quick Thoughts
The terms above are a little unusual because it says there are maximum savings of $15 despite this being an opportunity to earn bonus points rather than being some kind of coupon code or portal offering cashback. It’s therefore unclear if there’s some kind of upper limit on how many bonus TrueBlue points you can earn in a single transaction.
There are several stacking opportunities here. If buying online, you can click through to CVS from a regular shopping portal and pay with a linked card.
If buying in-store, in addition to the TrueBlue portal you can also link your card to the in-store offer program for either Rakuten, Alaska Airlines or United. All three of those programs run on RCLON (Rakuten Card-Linked Offer Network) and so you can only stack with one of those rather than all three. Rakuten tends to have the more generous earning rate, but at the time of writing this post the United shopping portal is offering bonus miles when hitting spending thresholds, so this could be a good way to get there. Be aware that the terms for the CVS offer with Rakuten, Alaska and United set a limit of $200 of purchases, so it could be worth keeping your transaction at or below that amount.
There are also targeted spending offers for CVS on other cards. For example, there’s a CVS Chase Offer and BankAmeriDeal giving 10% back on up to $50 spend, along with Citi Offers giving 2.5% or 5% back as a statement credit.
Note that the JetBlue portal offer says there’s a limit of one transaction. The other card-linked portal offers don’t mention a similar type of limit, so it’ll be interesting to see if CVS shows up again having redeemed the offer once.

I got an email from Flying Blue this morning about a similar offer at CVS:
As the largest health solutions provider in the U.S., with nearly 10,000 locations nationwide, CVS is never far from you. And now, it’s also a partner within the Flying Blue+ App.
Take advantage of this limited time offer where you can earn 25 Miles for every 10 dollars spent until August 24, 2025 when you shop at CVS.
All you need to do is link your bank card to your Flying Blue account in the Flying Blue+ App, and then shop as usual at CVS.
I also currently have a 4X on drugstores offer for July and August on my JetBlue card although only up to 5K points. I’ve been trying to get gift to college gift cards but not been in an area where they sell the $500 variants, and may have to test a $200 one at CVS to see how much it earns.
