Am I able to buy eBay cards from Paypal Digital Gifts first to get 5X with Ink and then use the eBay cards to buy anything on eBay? Would make all gift cards get 5X points with just 1 extra step

Do you know if all of these are considered Daily Deals? I’d like to buy on my wife’s account as well but don’t want to risk it if they are. I can’t find any posting anywhere regarding it being a Daily Deal.
They aren’t listed under daily deals as far as I can tell, however normally gift card deals like these are classified that way.
