I’ve noticed the last couple of times I’ve tried to buy retailer GC’s sold by Paypal Digital Gifts, it would NOT let me pay with a debit/credit card. Yes, I log into Paypal, and have an empty balance. You then can choose your funding source (bank or credit card), however it only allows the bank. When I go to pay at checkout, the top of the page states ‘some of your items in your basket can’t be paid with a CC.’ Is this a new occurrence? Change? Again, I used to be able to use my Chase Ink for these buys but not now. Just curious. thanks.
There is a targeted upto 8% bonus bucks today. But i think people wouldn’t have received it if they still have unused bucks.
