Through 7/31/2016, Etihad Guest is offering a 25% transfer bonus on points transfers into their program from various other programs.

The Offer

Convert points to miles until 31 July 2016 and enjoy 25% more miles. Members can convert their points to Etihad Guest Miles by simply contacting their bank, hotel or loyalty program and submitting the request. Some partners offer the option to convert points online.

Key Terms

  • The offer is valid for all Points to Miles conversions made between 1 July and 31 July both days inclusive.
  • Participating points conversion partners: Accor Hotels, ADCB, Radisson Blu, Citibank, Emirates Islamic Bank, Heathrow Rewards, Hilton Honors, Hyatt, IHG, Joyalukkas, Marriott Rewards, NBAD, Shangri-La.
  • Non participating points conversion partners: HSBC, Etisalat Rewards, American Express Membership Rewards (All regions), Starwood StarPoints and Flybuys Rewards
  • Once the Miles transfer request in initiated it cannot be reversed.

Just FYI: This offer is provided by Etihad, not the sending institutions. There’s fine print that the bonus will be posted 15 days after the deal ends. Etihad phone agents are mostly unaware of this promo. If you inquire, they often would read you the wrong script starting with: “What email have you received?”
Anything offered by Etihad is likely unenforceable anyways.
