Yesterday Chase came out with some new “Flash Deals” in the Chase Offers section in online Chase accounts. These offers are only good for a couple of days, but in some cases they are pretty solid offers that are probably worth syncing up.

The Deals

  • Some new Chase Offers are out that are labeled “Flash Offers”. These are only valid for a few days but are pretty good returns. I see the following in my accounts:
    • 20% back at Bed Bath & Beyond (up to $14 back)
    • 20% back at Walgreens (up to $8 back)
    • 20% back at Exxon-Mobil (up to $10 back)
    • 20% back at McDonald’s (up to $4 back)

Key Terms

  • Expiration dates vary a bit but are all over the next week

Quick Thoughts

I often ignore Chase Offers because of caps low enough not to entice me much, but these offers are pretty good. I probably won’t eat at McDonald’s in the next few days, but I may well find a use for the others. I actually have the Bed Bath & Beyond membership for a few more weeks and that automatically applies 20% off my orders (on eligible items), so this would make for a nice stack. Alternatively, if I can make it to the store, $14 back on a $70 gift card of some sort sounds pretty good.

The Exxon-Mobil deal might have come in handy this morning when I filled up my rental car in San Diego at $4.99(!!!) per gallon, but hopefully I’ll make it worth will a full tank fill-up for even more savings.

Overall, it is certainly worth logging in and syncing some of these up — just keep an eye on the expiration dates.

Between p2 and I we had a total of 5 of each offer. Went to Walgreens and bought 5 Amazon $40 gift cards. Went to BBB and bought ebay and iTunes cards to get the total to $70 for each offer. Went to Exxon and bought a total of $250 in gas to get all of the discount (5 $50 purchases). Went to McDonald’s and bought 5 $25 gift cards. You can do 2 $10 cards to get to the exact $20 but is time consuming the way they do there cards. I also had a 10% off on 3 of the cards for McDonald’s (will see if that stacks). All of these stores are within 10 miles of me so really didn’t take long and always nice to get 20% off for something you are going to spend anyway.

Had 3 20% at walgreens and picked up some amazon GCs. Easy net savings of $24 i would spend anyways
