Is this listed in any advertisement anywhere? I was in my local Staples today and they had nothing marked; checked the ad and the employees were not aware of any promotion.

I’ve loaded the $200 mastercard gift card from staples onto both Bluebird and GoBank at Walmart. It works fine (as long as you have called and set up the PIN).
I bought the $200 MasterCard today (issued by US Bank National Association) and submitted the rebate for the $15 Staples Gift card which will be mailed. I called the 800 number and set-up a PIN in the instructions sheet, since there wasn’t any phone number on the back of the card. You are only limited to one rebate per household.

Only in-store. There is a sign on the gift card rack that says if you buy $200 or more in MasterCard gift card, you will get the $15 Staples gift card in the mail.
