Update 5/25/22: Just a quick reminder that this Graduate Hotels sale goes live at 12pm ET.
~
Graduate Hotels is running a 30 hour sale starting tomorrow at 12pm ET which is offering select rooms for only $30 per night. Considering how nice some of their properties look, I’m eying up this sale to rearrange some of our upcoming stays in Midwest cities this summer.

Quick Thoughts
In case you’re not familiar with Graduate Hotels, they’re a small chain of hotels found in university towns around the US like Chapel Hill, Ann Arbor and more, as well as a couple of properties in England. They’ve always had good reviews whenever I’ve had them show up in search results and they seem to be unique, boutique hotels rather than having a cookie-cutter style.
For example, the image at the top of the post is from the Graduate Hotel Providence in Rhode Island which was once the Providence Biltmore. It’s just across from Burnside Park and is a short walk to WaterFire.
We’re not going to be back on the east coast until after Thanksgiving, but there are a couple of Graduate Hotels locations in Midwest cities that have caught my eye seeing as we’ll be there over the course of the next couple of months which is when the eligible dates for this sale are for. We have an Airbnb booked in one of the cities and an off-peak category 2 Hyatt Place stay booked in another city. Both the Airbnb and Hyatt Place are great, but if we can snag a week-long stay at one or both of the Graduate Hotels properties for only $30 per night before tax, that’ll be an opportunity too good to pass up.
There are a few key things to be aware of for this sale. It goes live at 12pm ET on Wednesday May 25 and is valid on stays through the end of July. Reservations are non-refundable, so in theory you won’t want to be making speculative reservations, although at only $30 plus tax, it’s not a huge loss if you’re only booking one or two nights and subsequently can’t stay.
The sale only lasts for 30 hours, but with only limited rooms being available at the $30 price point, you’ll want to be ready to book at 12pm ET as I imagine $30 availability will disappear very quickly.
Question
Are you planning on taking advantage of this sale? If so, which hotel(s) do you have your eye on?
It works now!
any trick on how to get cc box to show up to fill out info?
I kept reloading and clicking book now again
I was able to make a reservation, but still no confirmation email 20 mins later.
thanks. finally able to book seattle after reloading a couple times.
has anyone made multiple reservations for different hotels under same name? or should i just use a diff cc and diff email address. dont think they can confirm same person with just the name?
same issue with the Nashville area, credit card information login is showing an error
Credit card errors. What a POS site.
Same. We actually got to put the credit card info in and hit Submit to book, but basically, it timed out and didn’t go through.
No luck on this one. I started at 11:30 to line things up so I could book at 12:00. Tried 3 different locations for a Monday through Thursday booking in July and got the same message each time. No accommodations of this type are available, please change your search. After three tries, I gave up.
Credit card details box shows “An error occurred. Please contact support with reference”
Yes, same, no way to pay & confirm res
Same
Thanks for the tip. I booked 2 separate weekends in July. One in New Haven, CT and the other in Columbus, OH.

Do you need to register with the Graduate Hotels program prior to booking this deal?
No point registering. They don’t save any of your information
