With a limit of five for each card and the ability to earn 5x on the purchase, this could offer some good savings.

Quick Thoughts
It’s often possible to buy Hotels.com gift cards at a 15-20% discount, so a 10% discount isn’t an incredible deal but could be useful if you’ve used up your stash of discounted cards already.
The Express and Aeropostale discounts should save you more than you’d get from buying them used on gift card exchanges. That might also open up reselling opportunities depending on the rates you can sell at and the fees incurred.
If you have an Ink Plus or Ink Cash credit card, paying with one of those with Paypal should earn you 5x Ultimate Rewards on the purchase too, making these even better deals.
