Hilton Timeshare Offer: 3 or more nights and 75K points, starting at $199

9

Hilton Grand Vacations is currently offering a decent vacation package that requires attending a two-hour timeshare presentation. You get 3 nights of lodging in one of several specific locations, plus 75,000 Hilton Honors points for as low as $199 + tax. (h/t: DDG)

Nick once did a Bluegreen Vacations timeshare presentation and felt great about the deal. The presentations themselves are lengthy, but if you’re able to get your “no” face on and can use travel to one of the included locations, this could be a pretty good deal.

Quick Thoughts

Hilton Grand Vacations comes out with variations on this basic offer somewhat regularly. This particular one is good for stays in Orlando, Las Vegas, or Myrtle Beach.

In exchange for agreeing to attend a 2-hour timeshare presentation, you get 3 nights lodging and 75,000 Hilton Honors Points for $199/$229+tax (and an additional $19.95 for changes made up to 7 days prior to arrival). You buy the package now and then have 12 months from the date of purchase to use it. Note that the points will not post until after you travel, so you won’t get them instantly.

Our reasonable redemption value for Hilton Honors Points is .48 cents per point, so you’re getting around $370 in value from the points alone. Throw in three nights’ lodging and the deal gets interesting, especially if you need to travel to one of the included destinations.

Timeshare presentations are notorious for being somewhat exhausting affairs. To prepare, it’s probably helpful to read Stephen Pepper’s Timeshare Presentation Survival Guide: Get your “No” face on.

Must be targeted – I have 100K offer ($216 with tax) – getting ready to pull trigger – have have conference in 2026 in Orlando non-peak is still kinda of expensive. Makes it worthwhile – esp with a kitchen (4d/3n) – just need to pick a property with free parking. – going to call rather than buy online.

100K and $216 is a cheap stay…but not as much as the four nights that I recently booked for $17.76 per night plus tax ( not a time share just a promo for Independence day – free cancellation (72 hrs) and no pre-billing.

Two nights worked perfectly for our New England road trip – this autumn for the leaves. Will cancel ahead of our stay – just as a back up.

I will say I have been clicking through the Hilton e-mail offers to the website for a quite a while mostly just 25K forever – never done a Hilton TS – done others – have one coming up in September.

My offer is 100k points, P2’s is 75k.

Where are you receiving these offers? E-mail?

rtp

Yes, via email.

Do these stays trigger the Aspire resort credit if staying in Vegas?

Kayexalate

Unfortunately no. The charge shows up as Hilton grand vacations and for me it did not trigger any credit on my aspire card

Alex

FWIW, I asked for more and was given an extra 10k points and a waiver of the additional $100 weekend check-in fee for Las Vegas

C B

Was this when you purchased (over the phone?) or when you redeemed your stay?

Alex

When I purchased (earlier today)
