As reported by Doctor of Credit, there is a newly increased signup bonus on the Capital One Spark Business Visa: Get $750 cash back after $7,500 in purchases in the first three months. That’s in addition to the unlimited 2% cash back earned on this card, so you will actually have $900 in cash back after $7,500 in purchases. That’s a great offer for cash back. Quick Thoughts
The normal signup bonus on this card is $500 after $4,500 in purchases, but we’ve seen targeted mail offers for $1,000 back on $10,000 in purchases (and that offer was even briefly available online a few months ago). Still, if you’re not targeted for the $1K offer. this is still a great deal as it amounts to a total of 12% back on that first $7,500 in purchases.
Keep in mind that Capital One usually pulls all three credit bureaus when applying (though if you have one frozen, it’s possible that you can still be approved with pulls from two bureaus). Also be aware that Capital One reports business cards like this one to the personal credit bureaus, so this one will add to your Chase 5/24 count if you’re working on staying under that threshold.
Still, those looking for cash back will find this offer compelling. It’s hard to say how long this offer will last, so you’ll probably want to sign up sooner rather than later if you’re considering this offer. As always, we have added a link to this offer to our Best Credit Card Offers page.
