Quick Thoughts

The “Spa and Personal Care” Shop Small Amex Offer seems like it might be more widely available in the regular Amex Offers section when logging into your account.

The dining offer appears to be more highly-targeted…neither my wife nor I were able to find it. The Amex Connect site has the offer listed (link provided above under “Deals”), but when trying to enroll our cards that way it still didn’t work. It could be that it’s only available for Amex cards issued by other banks. If you have a third party-issued Amex card, you’ll hopefully be able to add the offer to all those cards (let us know which ones you’re able to add it to).

If you have participating restaurants near you, make sure your enrolled Amex card(s) are added to a card-linked dining program for one of the many airlines or hotels that offer dining programs. That’s because there should be overlap with many of these restaurants as both a Shop Small Dining-eligible restaurant while also being part of Rewards Network to earn miles or points on that dining spend.

Got both of these on my Blue Cash Preferred, so it’s not necessarily just on 3rd party AmEx cards, maybe just more narrowly targeted?
