Rite Aid has some gift card deals going this week where they are offering “BonusCash” (i.e. rewards dollars) back on a number of brands. Specifically, you can get $15 back on a $100 Best Buy gift card or $5 back on a $25 Uber card, so these might be useful for readers who value the BonusCash.

- Get $15 in BonusCash when you buy $100 in gift cards for these brands:

Key Details
- Expires August 17, 2019.
- Limit 2 offers per customer per gift card pairing (I believe this means you can buy $200 in total Best Buy / Nike gift cards, $50 in total Uber / Domino’s gift cards, etc).
Quick Thoughts
The BonusCash can be used on merchandise in the store (not gift cards), so how valuable this deal is really depends on your need for stuff that Rite Aid sells. While most of the store is pretty overpriced, you can sometimes get items on sale that make sense. Living in a small town with only one grocery store, I sometimes end up at Rite Aid to buy daily necessities when the grocery store is out of what I need or doesn’t carry it, so I would probably be able to use the rewards dollars before they expire (which happens 60 days after they are earned).
If you can also put the rewards to use, the discount here is pretty attractive on both Best Buy and Uber and it could be an easy way to knock out a little minimum spend or hit a bonus category if you’re using a card that earns a category bonus at drugstores.

And $3 cash on lip balm purchase
Rite Aid bonus cash rewards now expire after 30 days.
This… I have lost like $18 I had there… don’t remember them ever emailing me about it.
