Spirit Airlines has launched another sale, this time giving a 50% discount off base fares when using promo code 50PCT. You have until Wednesday January 28 to book eligible flights.

Key Terms
- Percent discount will apply only to the base fare, including the flight portion of a vacation package, regardless of travel option selected, purchased at spirit.com or via Spirit’s app.
- To receive 50% off the base fare, enter 50PCT (no spaces) in the promotion code box when booking a flight.
- Travel must be booked by 11:59 PM EST on January 28, 2026. This offer is valid only on new flight and vacation package bookings made at spirit.com for travel: 1/28/26 – 3/4/26 (Tue/Wed/Sat Only). Blackout Dates: 2/17/26, 2/21/26.
- Once the promotional code is entered, fares displayed will automatically reflect a promotional discount of 50% off base fares.
- Please note that the value of the coupon does not apply to the Passenger Usage Charge (up to $27.99 per segment).
- The coupon will apply to the remaining balance once this is deducted from the combination of the ‘Base Fare’ and ‘Fuel’ (where applicable).
- The coupon code does not apply to our highest class fares (Y, B, H), which are our highest fares and may be the only fares available on certain dates or flights.
Quick Thoughts
The savings available during these Spirit sales seeing as the discount is applied on base fares. That means you don’t get a 50% discount on taxes and fees which includes the up to $27.99 per segment Passenger Usage Charge.
Also note that the 50PCT promo code is only valid for flights on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, with February 17 and 21 blacked out.
