Barclays is sending targeted emails to some cobranded cardholders, offering 2,500 bonus points in return for adding one or more authorized users and having them spend $25 or more.

The Deal
- Earn 2,500 bonus points on targeted Barclays cobranded cards when adding one or more authorized users and they spend $25+ cumulatively.
Key Terms
- This offer is valid for select cardmembers and is not transferable.
- If your account is closed or you switch to another product during the promotional period, you may no longer be eligible for this promotion.
- If you receive this offer, and add one or more authorized users to your account by March 31, 2026, and one or more of those authorized users, cumulatively, spends $25 or more in purchases, less credits, returns and adjustments (“Net Purchases”) with transaction dates between February 27, 2026 and May 31, 2026.
- This bonus will only be awarded once, regardless of the number of authorized users who meet the purchase requirement.
- To receive the bonus points, both the primary and the authorized user account(s) must be open, active and in good standing at the time of fulfillment.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the new card to arrive.
- All bonus points earned will appear on your statement 6-8 weeks after the end of the promotion.
Quick Thoughts
Although this offer is valid when adding more than one authorized user if you want, you’ll only earn the bonus points once.
My wife received this spending offer on her Wyndham Rewards Earner Plus card, but with Barclays we usually see cardholders of other cobranded cards being targeted for similar offers, so keep an eye out for an email. If you’re targeted, you should also see the offer listed when logging in to your account; just select the ‘Offers’ menu tab at the top of the page on desktop.
