Chase has sent out emails to cardholders today with a targeted offer giving 5,000-8,000 bonus points when setting up autopay and using it to pay your credit card bill for three consecutive payments. It looks like this is only being offered for those with a Chase checking account.

Quick Thoughts
My wife received this offer on four different cards; on three she was offered 5,000 bonus Ultimate Rewards points and on the fourth she was offered 8,000 bonus Ultimate Rewards. As would be expected considering what’s being offered as a reward, these are all cards that earn Ultimate Rewards. It might be that some cardholders of Chase cobranded cards (e.g. Hyatt, Southwest, United, etc.) are receiving similar offers giving their respective points/miles, so keep an eye on your emails. The four emails my wife received all had the subject line ‘Shae: Get 5K bonus points with this limited-time offer’, or 8k for the card with that higher offer.
Note that there’s a few requirements to fulfill in order to earn the bonus points on offer. First, you have to register for the offer. You then have to set up autopay from your Chase checking account within 30 days of activation and make three consecutive monthly payments of at least the minimum payment amount (although you should always pay in full to avoid interest charges). After making that third payment, it’ll take up to 8 weeks for the bonus points to post to your account.
5,000 or 8,000 bonus points is a generous enough incentive to make it worth considering this offer, but be sure to note the final bullet point in the Key Terms above that you might receive a 1099-MISC for the rewards which will reduce the overall benefit from the reward.

Do one need to cancel an existing auto pay from another bank and then change to Chase checking ?
If you were targeted for this promotion, yes – you get the bonus points for using autopay with the payment coming out of your Chase account.
Will business checking work?
I initially thought that it would only be valid on personal checking, but the terms don’t actually exclude business checking. If you’re targeted for this offer and only have business checking, that might work.
Are you able to activate the offer? I tried and it requires me to log in then errors out
Yes, I was just able to register at least one of the accounts.
