Quick Thoughts
These three offers seem to be highly targeted. The first offer is the easiest offer to complete seeing as you earn bonus points for every two nights you stay rather than having to stay five or ten nights in order to be eligible for bonus points with the second and third offers.
However, the third offer is more generous in terms of how many bonus points you’ll earn per night. The first offer rewards you with 2,500 bonus points per night, while the third rewards you with 3,000 bonus points per night, albeit with a requirement that you stay far more nights.
What’s particularly useful about these promotions is that award stays count. If you’re close to earning Globalist status and/or near some useful Milestone Rewards, booking a category 1 stay for 5,000 points per night could make sense if you’re getting an average of 2,400 to 3,000 points per night back.

Any Globalists get targeted for this? Makes me think they are only targeting inactive accounts.
On these “targeted” promos, does one get an email, must see it on thier site when signing in, or are different ways one would know? Any easy way to check if targeted?
Just try the three links. It will tell you if you can register.
Does the nights have to be consecutive?
No
Not targeted for any. The 30k offer seems too good
Intriguing. Hyatt must be having slower sales than they had anticipated.
I assume that these bonuses are on top of regular points earning.
If so, getting some status nights for 2022 renewal after 1/1/22 could be pretty cheap. At $65 all-in (I know a couple possibilities), $650 on 10 nights, a Globalist would get close to 37K Hyatt points plus 10 nights toward renewal. Make it a work trip and you are into profit territory.
