Those checking off their year-end to-do’s may be looking for ways to use their 2025 July-to-December StubHub credits. If you have more than one card with a StubHub benefit, Dan’s Deals reports that it is possible to split tender via PayPal.
StubHub may be top of mind for some readers since the Chase Sapphire ReserveĀ® Card offers up to $300 in StubHub credits annually ($150 January to June and again July to December).
If you have two household Chase Sapphire ReserveĀ® Cards, or you’re attending an event with a friend who has one, you may wish that you could split tender over more than one card. ItĀ might be possible to purchase tickets in separate transactions, but I’d be nervous about doing that in the off chance that one of the two gets pulled after purchase (I also recently had a situation where we bought tickets to an event the day of the event, and StubHub called because the seller was unable to fulfill the second order, so our group had to split up).
However, Dan reports that if you check out via PayPal, it is possible to split tender over two credit cards when making a purchase at StubHub (and specify how much to charge on each card). That’s perfect for situations like attending an event with more than one Sapphire Reserve cardholder.
Keep in mind that being able to split tender via PayPal is only half the battle: merchant offers can be hit or miss when checking out via PayPal. Thankfully, Dan reports that he did in fact receive the credit on both Sapphire Reserve cards, so it sounds like this will work. That’s a great tip for those who can take advantage of paying over two qualifying credits that are eligible for credits.
Keep in mind that you should be able to click through a shopping portal to stack additional rewards. Capital One Shopping has offered anywhere from 18-45% back in recent weeks, so that can be a portal that’s worth a look (or a look at the targeted emails at least).

I’ve done that a week ago. Cashback tracked fine & credit posted on both cards as expected.
This could be very useful. I’ve avoided events that cost more than $150 for 2 people, so now I could go for ones that are $300. Thinking Hamilton will be great for this since P2 wants to go.
