StubHub is offering 10x Alaska Mileage Plan miles per dollar today (11/18/19). That’s an excellent return on tickets and it could be even better since it would stack with the current Mileage Plan Shopping portal bonus if you haven’t yet triggered that for a total reward of as much as 13x total.
The Deal
- Alaska Mileage Plan shopping is offering 10x miles on StubHub purchases today.

Key Terms
- Likely valid 11/18/19 only
- Not eligible on items that are placed in the shopping cart prior to clicking through this site.
- Not eligible on purchases made with coupon or discount codes that are not found on this site.
Quick Thoughts
Alaska miles are particularly valuable due to favorable pricing on premium cabins with many of its partners. If you plan on buying tickets through StubHub, 10x Alaska miles is a great return on spend. If your purchase will be at least $150, you can earn even more Alaska Miles by stacking with the current shopping portal bonus. As a reminder, the Alaska holiday bonus (which runs through 11/21/19), is tiered as follows:
- Spend $150 & earn 300 bonus miles.
- Spend $300 & earn 750 bonus miles.
- Spend $500 & earn 1,500 bonus miles.
- Direct link to offer.
Note that those are one-time bonuses based on total spend during the bonus period — so if you’ve already spent $500 through the Alaska portal, you can not trigger the bonus again for yourself (but this is why it helps to play in multi-player mode).
Keep in mind that terms state that using a coupon code not found on the Alaska portal (there currently are none featured there) could void your cash back. I believe there was recently a Chase Offer for StubHub, but I think that one already expired. It may be worth taking a quick look to check for offers as StubHub is often found in Chase Offers or Amex Offers, which would stack further savings yet.
There is no indication as to how long this payout will last, but my bet is that it’ll be today-only (11/18/19).
If I buy, get the points, the refund the ticket i’ll lose the points right?
Good opportunity along with Citi Premier for 2x on entertainment, if there are no Amex Offers etc.
However due to Stubhub’s fees always double check ticket prices against other sites (like TickPick)
