For the last few years, IHG has been offering a 15% discount on award stays at new properties, with different hotels being discounted one, two, and three months ahead of time.
The list of eligible hotels gets updated each month with new properties for three months ahead of time, so there’s now a new set of discounted awards available for stays through April 30, 2026.

Quick Thoughts
A lot of the new IHG hotels – particularly in the US – aren’t very inspiring seeing as many are for brands like Garner, Candlewood Suites, etc. However, I find it’s always worth perusing the lists because there are sometimes hotels that could be of interest.
For example, there are several new voco properties including in Aruba, Ningbo Dongqian Lake in China, Naples in Italy, Bangkok in Thailand, Dubai, and more.
Other notable new properties include several Iberostar all-inclusive resorts in Mallorca, a couple in Anchorage, AK, a Kimpton in Kuala Lumpur, a Crowne Plaza Resort in Petra, Jordan, and more.
