Quick Thoughts
Keep in mind that you must use the promo code and must have your account preferences set to earn airline miles and Air Canada Aeroplan selected as your preferred partner. On that note, I recently realized that I was earning 0 Marriott elite points on my paid reservations going back to the merger. When I called, I found out it was because my Marriott preferences got set to earning airline miles with the program of my last Travel Package reservation. Luckily, I didn’t have a ton of paid stays, but I did miss out on a bunch of Marriott points I expected to earn — so if you redeemed a travel package near the deadline, it might be worth checking your earning preferences to be sure an agent didn’t inadvertently select any preferences you didn’t intend.
Overall, this is a pretty good promo if you value Aeroplan miles. Aeroplan has a good award chart, so it may be worthwhile especially if you do not have elite status with Marriott and have some inexpensive stays planned.

I think you guys need to update the title to reflect this is only Canadian hotels. Otherwise it’s clickbait.
