This Week Around the Web

Chase Reconsideration by Secure Message does work! – It is still possible to get Chase to reconsider a credit card application via secure message. I personally did this myself a couple of years ago, but I’m glad to hear it still works.

Unintended Consequences: Frozen PayPal Account Blocks eBay Bucks Redemption – Thankfully there is a workaround to redeem eBay Bucks on a frozen account.

The 4 Airlines With The Best Award Ticket Change Policies – Good to know for people who need to book speculative awards often.

November Brings Changes for Old Barclaycard Arrival Plus – November 17 is the date that all of the recently announced changes take effect for existing cardholders.

Yes, Maybe You Should Cancel That Travel Credit Card – Are you getting enough value out of your cards to justify their cost?

Using Iberia Avios As An Alternative To British Airways – Good information to know considering the recent announcement about the elimination of many 4,500 Avios BA redemptions.

Have a great weekend!
