[…] Several New Amex Offers: Big Lots, Petco & More […]
Thanks. great deal on PetCo – subscribe.
I’m a very infrequent Big Lots customer, but I’m aware that they periodically offer coupons for things like 20% off your purchase on certain sale days. Combining the AMEX offer with a hefty discount that would get me into the store!
And then, of course, the obvious question: does Big Lots sell gift cards? Even if they do, I’d be very surprised if they let you use their own coupons to discount them, so the best you could do would be the AMEX offer.
No 3rd party GC at my store…only big lots cards. Ask a mgr too if they carried them and said no so I don’t think any of them do.
OK, thanks. So it’s just a merchandise deal. The sweet spot would be to wait for one of their 20% coupons, and then buy $62.50 worth of stuff for $50. Get the $10 off from AMEX, and you’re down to $40.00. I’d at least go into the store at look at that price point. They seem to sell lots of junk, but they do sell food and other everyday items, too.
