After removing the bonus awhile ago, Citi has brought back a publicly available offer on their ThankYou Premier credit card.
The Offer
Earn 40,000 bonus points after making $3,000 in purchases within the first 3 months of account opening. $95 annual fee is NOT waived.
Note: Bonus ThankYou Points are not available if you have had a ThankYou Preferred, ThankYou Premier or Citi Prestige card opened or closed in the past 24 months.

- Earn 3X on travel including gas.
- Earn 2X on dining and entertainment.
- Earn 1X on everything else.
- ThankYou points are worth 1.25 cents each when used towards travel.
- Transfer points to loyalty program partners.
- No foreign transaction fee.

Previous Offers
The previous best offer on this card was 50K after $3K spend with the annual fee waived the first year. Before the bonus disappeared in April, the bonus offer was the same as now with 40K points after $3K spend, however the annual fee was waived.
