As mentioned earlier with the Meijer gift card promo, 10% off a Best Buy gift card can be good for gift card resellers as it should be a break even or profitable deal.
That said, the limit of one usage per account puts a limit on how scalable the deal is. The limit is for usage of the code itself, so you can only buy either one Best Buy card or one GameStop card with $5 off – not both.
If you have a Chase Ink card, select to pay with Paypal and use your Ink card to earn 5x on the transaction. With the death of 5x with Paypal Digital Gifts last year, this is one of the few remaining methods for earning 5x on this type of transaction.
Even though there’s a limit of one code usage per account, there’s a good chance that supplies won’t last long. It’d therefore be best to take advantage of this deal sooner rather than later if it’s one you’re interested in.

I was only able to buy from Swych once. I always get a message that I exceeded my max which obviously is impossible as I do not buy from them at all.. I tried emailing them about it and they said they will forward to IT which means – we don’t care.
