Lifemiles Plus promo: Get 50% rebate for every two award tickets booked (Book by 11/21)

We got a heads up from reader Troy last night of an excellent promotion for Lifemiles Plus subscribers. For every two award tickets booked with Avianca, you’ll get a 50% miles rebate.

You’ll need to be quick though because you have to book those tickets by tonight (Friday November 21).

The Deal

• Lifemiles Plus subscribers get a 50% rebate for every two tickets redeemed.

Key Terms

• This activity applies exclusively to members with an active subscription of Lifemiles Plus or members who subscribe between November 12th, 2025, and November 21st, 2025
• Applies only to redemptions with avianca, excluding routes to Europe.
• The miles will be credited 15 days after the end date of the trip.
• Flight dates: from November 13th, 2025 to March 15th, 2026, excluding December 15th, 2025 to January 15th, 2026.
• No stopover allowed with this offer.
• Applies for a maximum redemption of eight tickets per reservation and a maximum of 20 tickets per LifeMiles account. Redemptions above these limits will not be granted the rebate.
• When redeeming 2 or more tickets under the same reservation and the same conditions (flight dates specified in the terms and conditions), we will return the miles equivalent to the second ticket (in multiples of 2). For example, if you redeem 2 tickets, we will return the miles of 1 ticket; if you redeem 3 tickets, we will return the miles of 1 ticket; if you redeem 4 tickets, we will return the miles of 2 tickets.
• Promotion valid on all routes operated by Avianca which may include connections, and may be redeemed only one way, only return or round-trip.

Quick Thoughts

This is an excellent promotion for Lifemiles Plus subscribers who can take advantage of it. It’ll be a little disappointing for people who travel solo because it’s only valid when you’re traveling with at least one other person on the same itinerary; booking a round trip for one person won’t get you a rebate of the miles for the return leg.

Also note that this promo is only valid for travel on Avianca metal and it excludes flights to/from Europe. You therefore won’t be able to obtain the 50% rebate if booking flights on partner airlines using Lifemiles, nor by flying to Europe after positioning to a country where you can take a flight with Avianca themselves.
