The Atmos™ Rewards Ascent Visa Signature® Card is out with a newly-increased introductory bonus that’s good for 85,000 Atmos Rewards points and a companion fare ticket after $4,500 in purchases within the first 90 days. That can be a very valuable offer, maybe even giving you enough points for a round trip business class ticket to Europe shortly after meeting the minimum spending requirement.

Quick Thoughts
This is an excellent offer, particularly given the high value of Atmos points. With a number of solid sweet spot uses, it is possible to get a lot of value out of the welcome offer.
Those based in the northeast can find business class awards to Europe from just 45,000 points one-way. After meeting the minimum spending requirements here, you would have at least 89,500 Atmos points — almost enough for a round-trip ticket to Europe on some of the routes from the northeast (even Greg has been able to take advantage of American Airlines business class starting in Detroit and connecting in Chicago at the 45K price point).
The Companion Certificate can also be particularly valuable given the fact that it is once again possible to book slightly more complex routings online and even on Hawaiian Airlines flights. Since both passengers can earn miles based on distance, it can be especially useful for those chasing Atmos elite status.
The more expensive Atmos Summit Visa Infinite card has some advantages that will appeal to high spenders and/or expats, but this Ascent card offer probably has more mass appeal both in terms of the card structure/annual fee and in terms of the ability to earn outsized rewards with low initial cost / reasonable spend. Keep in mind that you may also be able to still get a Hawaiian Airlines credit card, issued by Barclays, to double up on Atmos bonuses.

Any issues getting the SUB for the ascent if I already have the summit?
Do they ever let you change to this offer if you just got the card at the lower welcome offer? The spend level was $4k not 4.5K so I kind of doubt it.
Spend requirement for me is 4.5k in 120 days
