Quick Thoughts
500 bonus miles or points isn’t an enormous reward, but if these portals are already offering a good return on your spend, the extra rewards are a nice little bonus.
All three of these portals have an in-store card-linked program and spend on those offers also counts towards the $150 or $200 spending thresholds.
When checking for promotions on these portals yesterday morning, I saw promotions on the Delta, Southwest, and USAA portals too. Those were promptly removed, but it does make me suspect that we’ll see promotions on those other portals in the next few days as the promo details presumably went live early. That said, the USAA portal promo listed rewards as bonus points whereas it normally awards bonus cashback, so perhaps details from the Alaska promo were somehow copied across to those other three portals inadvertently and that they won’t actually be seeing similar promos.
