- Registered Marriott Bonvoy Members earn 25,000 bonus points per qualifying paid stay at a participating home rental booked between February 2, 2026 (12:01 AM EST) – February 28, 2026 (11:59 PM EST) through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website (“HVMB Platform”) for stays completed between February 2, 2026, and September 1, 2026. Payment for the stay must be made by debit or credit card.
- A minimum qualifying spend for the stay is $1,500 (or foreign currency equivalent). Non-qualifying charges include, but are not limited to, taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and optional add-on services purchased and/or applied to home rentals booked through the HVMB Platform.
- Promotion bonus Points are awarded in addition to the base points and any applicable Elite bonus points earned per stay within the promotion earning period.
- This promotion is valid only for a Member’s first booking through Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy.
Quick Thoughts
25,000 bonus points is a generous bonus, but it does come with the requirement that you spend $1,500 or more before taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, etc.
