There are currently some great airfare deals available to Europe from both the east and west coast. From the east coast, you can get one ways for less than $200; that’s also possible from the west coast in limited cases, but more common are flights for less than $250.

The Deal
- Book one way flights to Europe for less than $200 one way.
Quick Thoughts
There are lots of different deals available to different cities on different airlines. From the east coast, you can fly from New York to London on Norse Atlantic from $154 one way, from New York to Barcelona on LEVEL from $142, from Boston to Budapest on Lufthansa from $179, from Newark to Amsterdam from $196 on TAP Air Portugal, from Boston to Prague from $191 on SWISS, and more.
From the west coast, you can fly from Los Angeles to London from $179 on Norse Atlantic, from San Francisco to Glasgow from $209 on British Airways, from Portland, OR to Copenhagen from $210 on Delta, from Las Vegas to Madrid from $247 on United, from Los Angeles to Rome from $235 on Air Canada, and more.

There are some low prices available for round trip flights too. For example, Newark to Dublin is available from $347 on United, New York to Warsaw from $368 on Finnair, Boston to Malta from $389 on SWISS, New York to Barcelona from $311 on LEVEL or $321 on Iberia, New York to Milan from $377 on American, and more.
Bear in mind that most of these flights won’t include a checked bag and, in some cases, won’t include a carry-on. However, many do include a carry-on which will be sufficient for many people’s needs. If you don’t mind crossing the Atlantic in economy, there are some great deals available here, especially when you consider how high taxes and fees can be on award flights to Europe, even in economy.
These deals are easy to find using Google Flights. To explore, enter the cities you might want to fly out of (you can pick up to five airports), then leave the destination and date fields blank. Click on ‘Explore’ (you might need to do that a couple of times) and then drag the map around to view destinations. Alternatively, you could enter ‘Europe’ in the destination field.
For example, here’s a search result screen using departure airports of New York JFK, Newark, Washington D.C. (Dulles), Boston, and Atlanta. For west coast residents, here’s a search result screen using departure airports of Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, and Las Vegas.

buy 3 seats, do a Reyes business class
It would be better if it weren’t for the immovable arm rests between seats…
I find similar from MKE, ORD, & MSP for the next 6 months on Google Flights. A lot of options <$250 one-way.
