Homes & Villas by Marriott has launched a new promotion that’s offering 2,000 bonus points per night, with a limit of 10,000 total bonus points. If you’ve never booked a Homes & Villas stay before, it might be possible to stack this with another promotion for a total of up to 35,000 bonus points.

- Marriott Bonvoy Members earn 2,000 bonus points per night, up to 10,000 bonus points per qualifying paid stay at a participating home rental booked between February 10, 2026 (12:01 AM EST) and April 5, 2026 (11:59 PM EST) through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website (“HVMB Platform”) for stays completed between February 12, 2026 and July 31, 2026. Payment for the stay must be made by debit or credit card.
- A “stay” is defined as two (2) or more consecutive nights spent at the same property, regardless of check-in and check-out activity.
- Marriott Bonvoy Members will earn 2,000 bonus points per eligible night, up to a maximum of 10,000 bonus points per stay.
- Stays of two (2) or more consecutive nights must be completed during the promotion earning period, beginning February 12, 2026, up to and including nights stayed on or before July 31, 2026.
- A minimum spend for the stay is $2,000 (or foreign currency equivalent). Charges that do not qualify for Points include, but are not limited to, taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and extra add-on services purchased and/or applied to home rentals booked through the HVMB Platform.
Quick Thoughts
Considering you have to spend at least $2,000 before taxes and fees, earning 2,000 bonus points per night which is capped at 10,000 bonus points isn’t a huge reward. That said, it’s better than earning zero bonus points if you were going to book a Homes & Villas stay anyway.
If this’ll be your first Homes & Villas booking, be sure to also register for this separate promotion. The two promos will hopefully stack which would mean you’d earn up to 35,000 total bonus points which makes it much more worthwhile.
