Up to 70% back at Belk / 45x miles via Capital One Shopping & Offers 3/29 only

1

Capital One Shopping (the public shopping portal) and Capital One Offers (only found within a Capital One credit card account) are offering elevated rates today-only (3/29) for Belk purchases. I’ve seen an email offer as high as 70% back today for Belk, while cardholders are seeing 45x miles per dollar spent. Either way, that’s an incredible return if you need anything that Belk sells. As an example, Belk sells some popular luggage brands like Tumi and Samsonite.

The Deal

  • Capital One Shopping and Capital One Offers have elevated rates available today for purchases at department store Belk. I’ve received an email offer for 70% back via Capital One Shopping, and I’m alternatively seeing 45X through our Capital One accounts.

Key Terms

  • Available today only (3/29/26)
  • Offers may vary. If you aren’t seeing a high offer on your Capital One Shopping home page, try clicking around at any retailer without making a purchase, then keep an eye on your email over the next couple of hours, looking for any email from Capital One Shopping, as you’re likely to see an elevated offer for Today’s Top Deal within that email

Quick Thoughts

We’ve covered Capital One’s Top Deal of the Day for the past several days because they have offered surprisingly good returns on a number of retailers that tend to be of high interest. While Belk might not immediately seem relevant (particularly to those who don’t live near the department store brand and are unfamiliar with it), the high percentage here and the breadth of stuff they carry make this potentially notable for many people.

From a travel standpoint, you’ll find some popular luggage brands like Tumi, Samsonite, American Tourister, and Delsey Paris.

They also carry all of the other sorts of things you would expect from a department store — small kitchen appliances (including Espresso machines and KitchenAids, which I used to resell frequently on local marketplaces), beauty products, handbags/shoe brands, sunglasses, etc. There are quite a lot of brands/products that you probably wouldn’t otherwise find at 70% back, though of course you’ll have to shop the price to be sure that you aren’t overpaying.

If you’re a cardholder, you’ll probably see “up to 45X miles” at Belk in your online account.

The reason for the “up to” language is that the in-store offer is limited to 16X (and only up to 1,500 miles per purchase). The online offer (45X in this case) has no stated limit per order (though my Capital One Shopping email offer limits rewards to $1,000 back in my email offer).

Any way you shake it, this could be a terrific deal if you need something that Belk sells. It is always worth noting that some folks have difficulty with tracking on Capital One Offers. Personally, I would avoid buying multiple products in a single order that are likely to ship separately. For instance, if I wanted to buy a KitchenAid and a Tumi bag, I would just click through separately and make each purchase separately. My rationale there is that many retailers don’t finalize the order amount until the item ships, and I could see the first item to ship dictating the rewards if they ship those two items separately (which they almost certainly would in that case — they may even be drop-shipping one or the other). If I wanted four pairs of Skechers slip-in shoes, I’d probably order all of that in a single order, but that’s just a judgment call.

Damn, got 70% back targeted but no 45x.

Pair of Samsonite checked bags for ~$140 assuming I get 90% value of the giftcards
