This credit card has borderline fraudulent tactics. I opened it to received the 5% coupon on 2 KA tickets a year for me and a companion, which you are supposed to receive within 10 days of opening the account. Over 8 weeks after opening the credit card I still don’t have that reward. 8 phone calls to customer service representative that ignore how Korean Air works, plus 2 phone calls with corporate, and still NOTHING!
