Update 6/22/21: We continue to add more deals and will do so through the end of the day.

Update 6/21/21: We have added many deals that are now live (along with Nick’s commentary on many of them) to Stephen’s original post here on ways to save. New deals will continue to be added at the top of each section (and be sure to scroll beyond the item-specific deals to find discount codes, points deals, etc — including 10% back with the Point Debit Card, which is a welcome sight for those who opened that card last week.

Amazon Prime Day is being held this year from June 21-22. As with previous years, some of those deals have started early, so you can find a list of those below.

We’ll continue updating this post with new deals as they come along, especially once Prime Day officially starts on Monday June 21.

Most Prime Day deals are only available if you have a Prime membership. If you don’t already have Prime, you can sign up here and get a 30 day free trial. That’ll cover you for Prime Day and you can then easily cancel at no cost a few weeks later if you don’t want to continue.

If you want to buy an annual Prime membership (i.e. rather than paying month-to-month), click through from TopCashback to receive a $15 Amazon gift card free.

Cashback Through Shopping Portals

Some shopping portals offer cashback on Amazon purchases. They tend to be restricted to certain categories such as Amazon devices (e.g. Kindles, Fire TV Sticks, etc.), although some Swagbucks members have been targeted for an offer giving 0.5% back on all purchases.

This is a smoking hot deal, and I can attest that it’s a great robot vacuum. Especially if you have pets.
Deal of the day for Prime Members: eufy by Anker, BoostIQ RoboVac 11S (Slim), Robot Vacuum Cleaner, Super-Thin, 1300Pa Strong Suction, Quiet, Self-Charging Robotic Vacuum Cleaner, Cleans Hard Floors to Medium-Pile Carpets https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079QYYGF1/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_PD2ETYV8NK5NJNDQXF48?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

If I could find a similar tool for the Chromebook (that would let me select exactly the section of screen I want for a screen shot) or didn’t need that tool, I’d probably go back to all-Chromebook-all-the-time.

I use Ctrl+Shift+the Show Windows button for this. (The button looks like a rectangle with two parallel lines to the right of it. On my Chromebook it is the fourth function button, L-R Back-Refresh-Full Screen-Show Windows)

You no longer have to remember the shortcut. On lower right corner, click on wifi signal icon. When new box expands, there is a “Screen Capture” option inside.

Amazon Chase link doesn’t seem to work.

I got the same offer below plus on consumer plat an offer – spend $7K by July 31 to get 3500 MR bonus points plus 1 extra point per $ spent in Sept & Oct 2021 up to $100,000. Do we know if this $7K spend stacks with the grocery spend for the 10X points? I still have a few more weeks of that and am wondering how to approach this.

Stephen Pepper

Yes, the 10x offer will stack with the $7k/3.5k points offer. You mentioned that you only have a few weeks left of that, so it won’t stack with the 1x bonus point offer if that’s only valid in September and October.

Another Jeff

Dunno if it’s the same as the others mentioned but both my consumer platinums were targeted for +7x MR up to 2000pts this morning.

Stephen Pepper

Thanks for the reminder. I’d put together this post a couple of days ago and forgot to add in the Amex Offer before publishing.
