British Airways Chase Offer: Get 5% back on $100-$900 spend

There’s a new targeted Chase Offer giving 5% back on $100-$900 spend with British Airways.

The Deal

• Get 5% back as a statement credit when spending $100+ on British Airways flights with a targeted Chase Offer.

Key Terms

• Expires December 31, 2024.
• Maximum $45 back.
• Offer valid one time only.
• Offer only valid on purchases made directly with the merchant.
• Offer not valid on purchases made using third-party services, delivery services, or a third-party payment account (e.g., buy now pay later).
• Payment must be made on or before offer expiration date.

Quick Thoughts

5% back isn’t a stellar return, but it’s still a nice saving opportunity if you’ll be booking British Airways flights. This should work on both paid flights and award flight taxes and fees.

In an ideal world, you’d get this offer on a card that offers bonused spend on BA flights such as British Airways credit cards, Chase Sapphire Reserve and Preferred cards, etc.

If you’re booking flights for two or more people, be aware that this Chase Offer is only valid one time. If BA processes payment for those flights separately, you’ll only receive the statement credit for one person’s flight. If that happens, you can call Chase on the number on the back of your card and ask them to take into account the other transaction(s) too.
