Quick Thoughts
These Chase spending offers are targeted. There are always multiple offers that folks see (or, in my case, don’t see). It’s worth checking all of your co-brands to see what you have. My wife was targeted on her World of Hyatt and United Gateway cards. I got a big, fat nothing. That said, we’re about to start spending towards the free night award on my wife’s Hyatt card, so the timing couldn’t be better.
Usually, some of the co-brands are excluded from these offers, but I’m seeing reports of each program having something out there. Give it a whirl and if you find something that we don’t have listed here, let us know!
[…] Chase keeps doing these targeted spending offers with its cards: Chase Q2 Spending Offers Live: Avios, IHG, Hyatt, Marriott, Southwest and United all targeted. […]
My wife’s United offer:
“Earn 6,000 additional bonus miles when you spend $6,000 in purchases when you use your United Card between April 1 – June 30, 2022.”
Thanks! We’ll get it added!
You’ll earn 6% total in Disney Rewards Dollars at most Disney locations, plus 5% total in Disney Rewards Dollars on all other travel purchases and at gas stations and grocery stores for every $1 you spend on up to $1,500 in total combined purchases from April 1 through June 30, 2022
Marriott
For this, how do you know if you are entitled to 8x or 10x? Does Whole Foods online via Amazon count as grocery stores?
It says it on the offer. I would think that it would.
Was extremely fortunate to get targeted for a Hyatt offer I’ve not seen reported elsewhere, that I think is better than the 5x bonus points on travel/gas/grocery one:
“Earn 5,000 World of Hyatt Bonus Points when you spend $3,000 or more on purchases with your World of Hyatt Credit Card from April 1 – June 30, 2022”
Presumably that can be stacked with Hyatt, restaurant, and other normal spend bonuses, for a total of 14k Hyatt points from $3k spend if you spent $3k across restaurants, gym, and transit (and even more if you spent any of that at Hyatt), as opposed to the more common offer which tops out at 7500 points for $1500 spend.
What determines whether you are targeted for these offers? Not surprised that I wasn’t targeted for the southwest or united offers, since I used them in Q1, but thought I might be for the hyatt offer. I wasn’t.
I honestly have no idea, although I imagine it has something to do with spending patterns. My wife always gets a ton and I haven’t gotten one in a couple of years. I spend a lot more on my Chase cards, so maybe that factors in?
Thank god for the southwest q2. I was going to have a big fat zero on my chase freedom for q2
CSP: both a family member and I got 5% on gas for purchases between 2/21/22 and 4/30/22. I just went to chase.com/mybonus a moment ago.
I downgraded from the United Club card to the Quest about a month ago and then not spending on it because I’m working on the Cap One Venture X spend. So Chase has offered me 7x miles on United purchases and 7 miles total on all other travel, gas and groceries on $1,500 max. I’m excited.
Nothing for me. 0/3 on Hyatt, Marriott, United
I feel your pain, boo boo

United Quest card data point,
You’ll earn 7 total miles on United purchases and 7 total miles on all other travel purchases, at gas stations and grocery stores for every $1 you spend on up to $1,500 in total combined purchases from April 1 through June 30, 2022 with your United Quest℠ Card.1
I got this offer on the Quest card too, but a) the fine print says 5x other travel, gas and grocery; and b) my actual earnings have only been 5x. Kind of an obvious oversight that the large print says 7x but fine print says 5x. Wonder if I can get Chase to honor the 7x.
Not knowing the exact fine print you have, usually there’s a part in the T&C where they explain that 5x includes base earnings. If you don’t have that give ‘em a call!
I got the Groceries on my Hyatt and United Gateway card. I’ll use the Hyatt first because I value my Hyatt miles more than United (plus I have about 600k UA miles).
