Quick Thoughts
These spending offers are highly targeted, so don’t be surprised if you find that you get a message saying “The offer you are attempting to access is not available for the card account you entered.”
With past cobranded spending offers, it was usually valid on up to $1,500 of spend. This latest batch is only valid on $1,000 of spend, so be aware of that so that you don’t spend an extra $500 at 1x by accident. During Q1, the eligible spending categories were grocery stores, gas stations & restaurants, so note that the lineup is different during this current quarter as it’s valid on spend at grocery stores, gas stations and home improvement stores for all the cards listed above with the exception of the Amazon Prime card which is eligible for restaurants, gas stations & home improvement stores.
Points and miles aren’t created equal, so take that into consideration if you’re targeted for these offers on multiple cards and need to prioritize where to put that spend. For example, 5x World of Hyatt points are worth far more than 5x IHG One Rewards points.
In addition to the direct registration pages for specific card types, there’s the generic chase.com/mybonus registration page which is worth trying too.
Thanks for posting… sadly my only two cards (united and IHG) that worked ended up as a discount for MAX streaming, which I don’t want/use/need. I always buy my groceries thru the united shopping site, so always looking for ways to stack.
Ritz card targeted again, really surprised as I just had the 5X offer in Q1 on it (and maxed that out). I’ll take it as there aren’t a lot of good ways to earn Bonvoy points.
This worked on my Hyatt, Ritz and United Select cards but not on my United Explorer card. However, the generic link said I am already enrolled in some unknown offer. Thanks, FM!
[…] Do this now: Check for Chase targeted Q2 spend bonuses on up to $1,000 in spend:– Hyatt: 5x earning– Marriott Bonvoy or Bonvoy Bold, or alternate link: 5x earning– Marriott Boundless, or alternate link: 5x earning– Marriott Bountiful, or alternate link: 5x earning– Marriott Premier, or alternate link: 5x earning– Ritz-Carlton, or alternate link: 5x earning– United MileagePlus Select: 5x earning– United MileagePlus Gateway: 5x earning– United Quest, Explorer, or Club: 5x earning– AeroPlan, or alternate link: 5x earning– Southwest (all variants), or alternate link: 5x earning– IHG One: 7x earningThere are other lesser carried card linkss like the old United Presidential Plus card, Disney card, or Amazon card, so check chase.com/mybonus if you didn’t see a link above for a particular card. My streak continues!
“Thank YouThe offer you are attempting to access is not available for the card account you entered. If you have another account, please try signing in using that card’s information.”
My SW was “denied” using the SW specific but worked using the generic. I think this has happened several times for me.
same here with the IHG premier card
The .com my bonus worked for Hyatt vs the link above for my Hyatt card to activate the bonus. Make sure you try both if one doesn’t work for you.
As another data point I got an email offer for 10k extra IHG points for spending $5K on the legacy IHG card this quarter.
I’m almost certain I won’t go for it, but I signed up anyway, just in case.
I got it too on that card (which is a no-fee card).
worked for Amazon prime card
No love on the card-specific links. The generic link did not give me multipliers but did give me an HBO Max offer that was not in my “regular” offers list. Curious.
Thanks for the article! Does the United *Business* MileagePlus get these same bonus points?
Unfortunately not – it only seems to be available on personal cards
Stephen, Thanks for the super quick reply and for confirming it’s only good on personal cards. Really enjoying the Frequent Miler website and notifications!
Do Chase business cards ever work? I always try but never get any offers. not sure if it’s b/c it’s not targeted to me, or b/c business cards never qualify for these type of offers
Not for these cobranded deals – it only seems to be personal cards. That said, you can sometimes register business cards using the generic chase.com/mybonus link; I don’t remember seeing cobranded cards being targeted for those, but some people have gotten Ink offers that way before.
On my freedom card using the generic link I get “You have already enrolled in this offer” but doesn’t say what the offer is. Is there a way to see what the offer is?
Same on my United card. Offers are great however impossible to keep up with.
Probably the HBO max offer
