As reported by The Points Guy, Delta is offering a SkyMiles flash sale from Seattle to a number of sunny destinations, with fares as low as 10K SkyMiles round trip from Seattle to Hawaii or just 5K SkyMiles round trip to Cancun, Mexico and many other great deals for SkyMiles. There are even deals in first class, like Seattle to Cancun for 10K miles each way in First Class.

Quick Thoughts
When Greg recently wrote about ways to get good value from Delta SkyMiles and we discussed Delta sweet spots on the podcast, he noted that the most elusive way to get great value is with Delta flash sales. This flash sale is a great example of getting terrific value if the cities and dates match your needs.
This particular flash sale is focused on travel between Seattle and a variety of suny destinations — like Hawaii for 10K miles round trip as shown above or Cancun for 5K miles round trip in economy class shown below.
And the deals aren’t only for economy class travel. Here is an example date with space for four passengers from Seattle to Cancun for 20K + $87 each in first class.
That’s an excellent value for Delta SkyMiles.

The reason it’s Seattle…is because Western Washington must be one of the most paranoid places in re: C19.
Appreciate the heads up! Taking the family in May to HNL for only 40,000 delta points + taxes.
With SEA-HNL, they are often running A330s on this route. Middle seat blocking continues until the end of April, which is great for the 4 seats in the middle in economy (since both middle seats are blocked). We booked 2 main cabin tickets (17k RT), and grabbed one of the middle rows.
So weird to me that Delta doesn’t promote these… They have to be the only marketing execs in the world who AVOID telling customers about their product.
