Do any of the Discover Deals $$$ off deals that say they have a limit i.e JCPenney $10 off $25 act like Kohl’s where there is really no minimum spend???
How do I get free shipping. The outdoors code didn’t work for free shipping tried with and without kohls charge card
FYI, this deal was available on 2 of 3 Discover accounts. The other Discover account only had a code for Kohls online (not online + in store) and it was for 5% off, not $10 off $30.
