Something I’m not clear on – Can I still use eBay Gift Cards (Say I bought one at Target…) to purchase these gift cards from Paypal (via eBay)?
I believe I’ve done this in the past, but I feel like I read recently that terms changed and you can no longer buy gift cards using eBay Gift Cards. Would someone mind confirming?
