Would love to see you do one of these for the new 25K Global Certificate. I have tried five times to use it and it does not complete the reservation, but it removes the miles as if the transaction completed. Then I have to contact the help desk and have the miles redeposited to my account. I signed up for the Atmos Summit just for this benefit. But, so far, it is a rip-off if I cannot use it. I had hoped to spend $60k and get the 100K Global Certificate. But if this won’t work, I just plan on cancelling the card. And by the way, Alaska reps cannot do anything about it. I see from other travelers, this is a common issue.
I just used my 25k certificate from the Summit card. Are you booking for exactly 2 people, with you as one of the flyers? It only applies when the reservation is for 2 people.
If you’re booking for 4, you have to have 2 itineraries, which sucks if you’re also hoping for free checked bag benefits. I plan to call later closer to the departure date to combine the 2 itineraries.
