Update 5/22/21: If you were targeted for this Hyatt Chase Offer but didn’t get a chance to use it yet, it’s been extended to June 10, 2021.
~
A new Hyatt Chase Offer has appeared for some cardholders lucky enough to have been targeted which is giving 15% back as a statement credit. Update: There’s also a 10% version of this offer.
The Deal
- Get 15% back when spending $100+ at domestic Hyatt properties with a targeted Chase Offer, or
- Get 10% back when spending $100+ at domestic Hyatt properties with a targeted Chase Offer.
Key Terms
- Expires
May 21, 2021June 10, 2021. - Limit $37 back for the 15% offer, limit $25 back for the 10% offer.
- Offer valid one time only.
- Payment must be made directly with the merchant.
- Offer valid at any domestic Hyatt hotel, including Andaz, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt, Hyatt Centric, Hyatt House, Hyatt Place, Hyatt Regency, Miraval, Hyatt Residence Club, Alila, Thompson, The Unbound Collection, Destination by Hyatt, jdV by Hyatt & Park Hyatt.
Quick Thoughts
It’s been a few months (as far as I’m aware) since there was a Hyatt Chase Offer, so it’s good to see it make a return, although it does appear to be highly targeted.
An interesting feature of this new version of the offer is that the following brands are now listed as being eligible whereas they weren’t with previous offers:
- Miraval
- Hyatt Residence Club
- Alila
- Thompson
- The Unbound Collection
- Destination by Hyatt
- jdV by Hyatt
An ever increasing number of domestic Hyatt properties fall under one of those brands, so it’s great that the Chase Offer will be triggered by spend at those locations.
With a limit of $37 back, you’ll max out this offer when spending $246.67. If you happen to be lucky enough to have been targeted on more than one card, you could split the cost of your stay and pay with the cards you have the offer on. Unlike Amex Offers where you can only load an offer to one card per SSN (with a few exceptions), with Chase Offers you can load an offer to as many cards as you’re targeted for.

[…] Update 4/25/21: Deal available again, this time for either 10% or 15% back, up to $37 back. Expires May 21, 2021. (ht FM) […]
Did this actually credit for anyone? It was on my Hyatt card (woohoo!) and I had charges for Alila Ventana Big Sur and HR SF, and neither triggered the credit. Both posted in early June. What now, secure message? I get tired of Chase offer stuff never working. This is like the 5th one I’ve had to follow up on, and sometimes it’s for like $6. Not worth my time. The AMEX ones work close to 100% of the time with the instant notification emails.
I’ve found it often takes a week or two for the credits to show up. I’d give it another few days and then follow up via secure message.
Looks like my only amex card has $60 back if spend $300 at Hyatt by june 30th
I had a charge a few days ago and just now added this offer. Is it like Freedom offers where you can add anytime? Or only before the charge hits like Amex?
I’m not too sure as I’ve never tested this out – let us know if you end up getting the statement credit. Chase seems to take about a week to send notification, so it could be a while before you find out in the event that you do get lucky with this.
I got lucky, 15% on my WOH card
Will i get the credit if i prepay for a stay later in June? Does prepay satisfy the T&Cs which i find to be a bit vague.
Yes, provided the payment is taken before June 10, that should trigger the offer. Prepaying doesn’t work with Hilton Amex Offers because of the way they process Advance Purchase payments, but it should be fine with Hyatt.
Note also from 5.15.21 – 8.15.21 you can earn 8x at Hyatt using your WOH cc up to $1,500 (targeted). Could be the better card to use dep on what Chase cc you got the Hyatt offer on, & if 10% instead of 15% esp.
