A new Chase Offer came out a few days ago that’s good for 15% back at Thompson hotels up to $37.95 back on $253 (thanks to reader Pam for pointing this one out!). Today I also noticed a similar offer good for 10% back at Hyatt Regency up to $25.30 back on $253. Both of these could be useful for those picking up Hyatt stays this month.
The Deal
- New Chase Offers are available on some cards that are good for cash back at Thompson and Hyatt Regency properties:
- Thompson: Get 15% back when you spend $100 or more up to $37.95 back on $253.
- Hyatt Regency: Get 10% back when you spend $100 or more up to $25.30 back on $253.

Key Terms
- Expires 4/21/23
- Each offer valid one time
Quick Thoughts
Note that these offers are good one time only, so you want to be sure to use the entire offer in one shot. This may be overly cautious (feel free to speak up in the comments if you know), but I usually avoid giving the card synced with an offer like this at check-in for fear of the card being run for a deposit that is less than the offer maximum (though the requirement that you spend $100 or more to trigger the offer may help obviate that problem). I usually supply the card synced with the offer at check out.
These have a weird spending cap, but if you’re staying at a Regency or a Thompson and checking out (or able to get them to charge your card) by 4/21/23, these could obviously save you some money. Each offer is valid for one use on the card to which it is synced, so make sure that you plan to use it on a stay that is as close to maxing it out as possible (you can not, for example, use the same Hyatt Regency offer on two stays of $125 each). If you have one of these offers on multiple cards, you should be able to sync the offer to each card, but it will only be valid for one use on each card.
[…] FM notes that Chase offers has a 15% statement credit at Thompson hotels up to $37.95 back and a 10% statement credit at Hyatt Regency properties in the US up to $25.30 back. Neither requires breaking the correlation because Chase offers are easier to game. […]
I saw a 10% chase offer for Hyatt in Feb. Booked a 2 night stay at a Thompson. Thought I would get $80 from my $800 spend. Nope! $25.70… always read the fine print! Thanks for pointing it out in this article!
I got it on both my CSP and Hyatt cards (Regency). Have a four day stay coming up next week at a Hyatt Regency in Denver. I’m wondering if I can split the room charge between the two cards. Has anyone done that?
yes just have them split the bill at check out in person
Thanks!
Hoping it shows up on my csr or Hyatt card. Got an expensive stay coming up in 10 days. Would love to stack this with the current promo’s.
I found the 15% offer for Hyatt Regency on my CSR…
Same on CSP.
